Our trauma work place well being assessments are carried out by qualified assessors. The assessments can look at the impact of trauma based symptoms on the functioning of the person in the workplace. This can be linked to previous trauma or work based trauma such as blue light services. We offer sessions that are designed to help clients heal from the effects of trauma, such as PTSD, childhood abuse, and witnessing work based trauma. We use evidence-based treatments, such as EMDR and trauma-focused cognitive-behavioural therapy (TF-CBT), to help clients process their trauma and develop coping skills to manage symptoms. We also offer work place strategies that can be used to support the individuals in their work setting.
Our Neurodiversity workplace well being assessments are carried out by a qualified workplace needs assessor who has experience of supporting neurodiverse people in the workplace. Our reports offer an understanding of the impact of symptoms on the individual in relation to their job description and the work place. Workplace adjustment are also offered. Coaching and mentoring provision for neurodiverse members of the workforce can be provided. .
Our occupational health and mental health work place assessments are carried out by qualified assessors. These can include assessments for anxiety, depression, grief and loss and other mental health difficulties. The assessments can look at the impact mental health symptoms on the functioning of the person in the workplace. We offer sessions that are designed to help clients heal from the effects of their difficulties, such as cognitive-behavioural therapy CBT), behavioural activation and other therapies that are recommended by NICE guidelines. We help clients develop coping skills and resilience to manage symptoms. We also offer work place strategies that can be used to support the individuals wellness in their work setting.
Our stress and burnout assessments are carried out by qualified assessors. The assessments can look at the impact of symptoms on the functioning of the person in the workplace. These assessments also include the impact of other factors on the client such as home circumstances i.e. the loss of a close other, post natal depression, illness in the family. We offer sessions that are designed to help clients heal from the effects of their difficulties. We help clients develop coping skills and resilience to manage symptoms. We also offer work place strategies that can be used to support the individuals wellness in their work setting.
We can offer health screens to new starters to look at suitability to the role and any adjustments that are needed. We can also look at specific roles and assess if the person is able to conduct the role or if there are any difficulties that may prevent them from being able to to this.
