We are driven by good practise guidelines and feedback, to enable us to develop and progress

We have a neuro-sequential model called the Focus model, based on research. Our Focus Model therefore drives our practice from the top down and permeates all areas of our work and organisation. We can be responsive to families due to this organisational set up. We do not have layers of processes and procedures to go through, to make quick and effective changes if needed. 

We work in Partnership with other agencies and families. We place families at the heart of our service and work with transparency and openness.
